Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
- wine, white
- Pasta, spaghetti depending on hunger
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
- olive oil
- broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, then add the anchovy pieces. When everything is a bit creamy, deglaze with white wine and a little broth, then dissolve the feta cheese. Finally, add the sliced ham and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything with the cooked spaghetti. If you like, you can top with Parmesan cheese.
