Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 jar peppers, pickled, drained
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 6 rolls
  • 12 slices of cheese of your choice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the ground beef. Dice the onion and add it along with the bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the rolls in half and hollow out the insides. Fill with the ground beef mixture and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
