Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • ½ tsp flour
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Parsley
  • Almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Separate the broccoli florets and roughly dice the onion. Cook both in 1 liter of water. When the broccoli is tender, puree everything. Then stir in the cream, flour, and cream cheese. Season and add some chopped parsley (to taste). Let everything cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the almonds over the top when serving. Optionally, you can also add snow peas, sausage, or ground meat.
