Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute) or sugar but then it is no longer low carb
- ½ lime(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
for 400 g chicken strips, low carb
Peel and press the garlic clove. Then squeeze the lime juice and mix everything, including the spices. Marinate the chicken in the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then prepare as desired. Serve with mixed vegetables and herb curd. The marinade is also suitable for fish.
