Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- Butter for the baking tray
- 350 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 g butter
- ¼ liter sweet cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without yeast
Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar and eggs. Sift together the flour and baking powder, then add gradually. Spread the batter onto a buttered baking sheet. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Knead in the butter piece by piece until the crumbles reach the desired size. Spread the crumbles over the batter. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 3, fan oven 180°C) for about 25 minutes. After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Mix the cream with the sugar and pour over the cake. It still tastes freshly baked even after a few days.
