Porridge with protein powder

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 120 g oat flakes, variety as desired
  • 0.33 jar applesauce or better apple compote without sugar
  • 1 serving of protein powder, chocolate flavor or as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

First, pour the milk into a saucepan and place it on the stove. I use level 5 out of 6, so the milk should boil quickly. Then add the oats. After about 5 minutes, it will boil, and you can stir it once or twice more to achieve a creamy consistency. Then remove the pan from the stove and stir in the protein powder. If it clumps, add it more slowly next time. Now pour the porridge onto a plate and add the apple compote. You now have a truly healthy dish that will keep you full for a long time. It’s not a Michelin-starred meal, but it’s delicious to eat. Most importantly, it’s very quick and inexpensive.
