Gratinated vegetable noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta shells
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g cheese, grated, preferably mozzarella
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Olive oil for frying and for the dish
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. In the meantime, trim and wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash and slice the bell pepper and zucchini. Heat a little olive oil. Sauté the spring onions, then add the zucchini and bell pepper and fry. Drain the pasta, add it, and fry for about 2 minutes. Then stir in the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
