Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
- 4 eggs
- 500 g cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the flatbread in half. For each half, combine 2 eggs, 1 cup of crème fraîche, a little salt, herbs, and 250g of cheese, and spread on the bread. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. The amount of salt can vary depending on the type of cheese. You can also season the mixture with paprika or fresh garlic.
