Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g zucchini
- 1 carrot(s)
- 150 g feta cheese
- 30 g spelt flour or wheat flour
- 1 egg(s)
- some herbs
- some salt and pepper
- 1 cup sour cream, 200 g
- 1 clove(s) garlic

For the fritters: Grate the zucchini and mix with the egg. Finely chop the feta and add it to the zucchini mixture along with the herbs, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix everything well. Heat a little oil in a pan, shape the mixture into patties, and fry until crispy on both sides. For the herb dip: Mix together the sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs (I always use chives and basil).
