Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Fondor
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the zucchini and grate it into small sticks. Combine the finely chopped onion and garlic, along with the oats, grated cheese, and seasonings, and mix well with the zucchini. Then stir in the eggs; add a little flour if desired. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the zucchini mixture with a tablespoon. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
