Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente and drain through a sieve. (CAUTION: Do not overcook the spaghetti, as it will continue to cook in the oven). Return the pasta to the pot and set aside. Brown the bacon or minced meat in a pan and allow to cool. In a large bowl, mix the cheese, capers, crème fraíche, eggs and bacon or minced meat. Season well with sage, salt and pepper and other spices if desired. Mix the spaghetti and cheese mixture well. Grease a baking tray and spread everything out. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until golden brown. This recipe is perfect for a party or birthday. Simply cut the pizza into small squares that are easy to eat by hand.
