Spaghetti pizza
Peel the onion. Trim the bell peppers and mushrooms. Chop everything finely. Fry the onion pieces in hot oil until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry well. Then add the corn and bell pepper pieces and cook briefly again. Then add the curry paste, tomato paste, and curry ketchup and let it thicken again, stirring constantly. Chop the tomatoes and add them. Season everything with sugar, basil, thyme, and half a cup of sour cream. The sauce shouldn’t be too thin! Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. It should still be a little hard, as it will finish cooking in the oven. Roll out the pizza dough and line a 28cm springform pan with it, forming a raised edge. Mix the pasta with the sauce and pour it onto the dough in the springform pan. If the edge is too high, simply fold it over. Spread the remaining half cup of cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately. Tip: If you don’t like canned tomatoes or need a quicker meal, you can simply use tomato ketchup.
