Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 flatbreads
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 500 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 5 slices of cooked ham
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- some vegetable broth (powder)
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg
- 1 bunch of chives

ideal for a party or for many guests
Cut both flatbreads in half to create four round pieces. Cut the ham into pieces, mince the garlic, and mix all the ingredients together, seasoning to taste. Spread the mixture evenly on the flatbreads and bake at 220°C for about 10-15 minutes. Tip: You can also get smaller flatbreads (about the size of a kebab), which are easier to portion.
