Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 cups of cream
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 can peach(s)
- 1 pack of ladyfingers
- n. B. eggnog
- 1 pack of almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Drain the peaches and dice them. Carefully fold the quark and peaches into the cream. Pour 3/4 of the cream and quark mixture into a bowl or shallow baking dish and top with the ladyfingers. Spread the remaining cream and quark on top and smooth it down. Pour enough advocaat over the top to cover the entire dessert. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Lightly toast the flaked almonds in a pan and sprinkle them over the advocaat just before serving.
