Apricot semolina porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 apricots
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 20 g semolina, fine
  • 240 ml milk
  • 3 almonds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Cinnamon – sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in the semolina and stir over low heat until the porridge is just a little thick. Remove from the heat. Finely grate the almonds and toast them in a dry pan, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Mix the almonds and honey into the porridge. Wash, pit, and dice the apricots. Dice the banana in the same way. Stir the fruit into the porridge and serve with sugar and cinnamon.
