  • 250 g butter
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mustard
  • Soy sauce
  • e.g. pretzel sticks

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Add all other ingredients and mix. Serve with pretzel sticks for dipping.
