  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 330 ml beer, type of your choice
  • 2 packs of seasoning mix for salad dressing
  • 250 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 1 package of snacks (salted pretzels) for dipping

Combine cream cheese, beer, and salad seasoning mix in a large bowl. Add Emmental cheese and blend until smooth. Serve with pretzels for dipping.
