Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp blueberries, frozen

Instructions

a delicious blueberry ice cream based on frozen yogurt

To make the frozen yogurt, combine the natural yogurt with the milk and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar until smooth and freeze in an ice cream maker. Thaw the blueberries, mash them with a fork, and then mix with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Once the ice cream mixture is ready, add the crushed blueberries and swirl them through the ice cream with a spoon.
