Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 peach(s) (flat peaches)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 600 ml schnapps or vodka
  • 260 g sugar
  • 100 g water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 days 15 minutes

To make the peach liqueur, cut the flat peaches into small pieces and thinly slice the lemon peel. Then, squeeze the lemon juice, place everything in a flip-top jar, and pour in 600 ml of schnapps. Let it steep in a dark place for 2-5 days. Now, make a sugar syrup from the water and sugar and let it cool. Then, strain the fruit and add the extract to the sugar water. Note: The liqueur will keep in the refrigerator for at least four weeks.
