Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp peanut oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • chives
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese
  • 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
  • 250 ml broth, possibly more
  • possibly Parmesan
  • possibly ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

WW-compatible

Dice the zucchini and onion, fry in a pan with oil, season, pour in the broth, and simmer briefly. Quarter the tomatoes, stir in briefly, and finish with the melted cheese. Once the cheese has melted, serve with pasta. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, if desired. Alternatively, you can also add some fried ham. It also tastes great as a side dish to lightly roasted meat.
