  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 pkt. sheep’s cheese (total approx. 400 g)
  • some oil
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Add a spoonful of flour and bring to a boil. Add the heavy cream and vegetable stock and simmer, stirring frequently. Add the finely chopped bell pepper and simmer until softened. Then add the diced feta cheese and the chopped parsley. Cook until the cheese has melted. Season with pepper (salt is not necessary due to the saltiness of the feta cheese). If the sauce is too thick, simply add a little more water or cream to thin it out.
