Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g creamed spinach (frozen)
- 300 g pasta
- 1 feta cheese
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
- Water (salt water)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thaw the spinach and heat in a pan. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely dice or crumble the feta. While it’s still warm, layer the whole thing in a casserole dish: pasta, spinach, feta, pasta, spinach, feta. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C, until the cheese is browned (if the pasta and spinach are already cold, the casserole will need a little longer).
