Spinach – Feta – Lasagna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package creamed spinach (frozen)
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some pepper
  • 100 g cheese, spicy, grated
  • e.g. lasagna sheet(s)
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onions and sauté. Add the thawed spinach. Crumble the feta cheese into the spinach and season with pepper. Now alternate layers of the feta and spinach sauce and lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Variation: Dilute the sauce with a little milk or cream and cook pasta with it.
