Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sheets of puff pastry (frozen)
  • 4 sausages (boiled sausages)
  • some sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the slightly spicier version

Thaw the puff pastry sheets briefly so they can be shaped. Then spread a thin layer of sambal oelek on each sheet of puff pastry. Place one sausage in the center and fold the sheet closed. Repeat with the remaining sausages. Place these parcels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a green salad.
