Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry (frozen, rectangular)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 500 g minced meat, half/half
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove the puff pastry sheets from the packaging and let them thaw slightly so they are flexible without breaking. Finely dice the onion and fry in hot oil together with the minced meat. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cut the feta into 1 cm thick pieces. Place a tablespoon of the fried minced meat and a few pieces of feta in the center of each puff pastry sheet. Then fold the dough into a triangle and press it together along the edges with a pastry fork. Mix the egg yolk with the canned milk, place the filled corners on a baking tray, and brush the mixture onto the top of the corners with a pastry brush. Bake on the middle rack of the oven at 200°C for about 18 minutes. Serve while still warm!
