Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 apples
- 250 g mayonnaise with yogurt
- 150 g natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes
Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the cores, and then slice them thinly. Place everything in a porcelain bowl and mix in the yogurt mayonnaise and yogurt. If possible, prepare half a day in advance.
