Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 5 leaves of savoy cabbage
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • some apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With crunchy cucumber and sweet mandarin orange pieces

Peel the tangerine and kiwi and cut into small pieces, the cucumber into sticks, and the savoy cabbage leaves into very fine strips. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Peel the ginger and garlic and dice them. Mix everything together and season with vinegar, oil, salt, and sugar.
