  • 3 tomatoes depending on size
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • some cream of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, remove the skin, and cut the flesh into pieces. Chop the garlic and add it. Wash the tomatoes, chop them finely, and add them. Season everything generously with salt and pepper and mix gently. Then garnish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. The salad is delicious as a snack or as an appetizer, but it’s also delicious with homemade bread or nuts, such as almonds.
