Grandma's eggnog cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • ¼ liter eggnog
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually stir in the oil and egg liqueur. Stir in the flour and baking powder (already mixed together). Grease and flour a baking pan thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the cake on the middle rack for about one hour.
