Create a great stir-fry dish using the farmer’s catch crop.

Leaf mustard is a green manure crop for farmers, but it’s also excellent for stir-fry dishes. Yellow mustard is very protein-rich, making it a great choice for fitness enthusiasts. Remove the leaves from the plant, chop them up a bit if necessary, and sauté them directly in a wok in oil. This only takes 2-3 minutes. Add the precooked rice to the wok while it’s still hot and sauté. Gradually add a little water to prevent burning, and season the dish with salt and pepper.
