Vegan Guacamole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), I usually use red ones
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove the flesh from the avocado. Cut the bell pepper into smaller pieces. Blend both ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender. Crush in the garlic and season with salt, pepper, and chili. The guacamole is great on wraps, with nachos, and as a spread.
