Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- ½ bottle of olive oil, or less
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the potatoes, cut them lengthwise, and sprinkle the cut side with salt. Pour olive oil onto a baking sheet (or a casserole dish if you’re making fewer potatoes) and place the potatoes in the olive oil, salted cut edges on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30-45 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad. I like to serve tzatziki as a dip.
