Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, small
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- 1 tbsp rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Brush a baking sheet with 3 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and rosemary. Place the potatoes cut-side down and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
