Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 125 g shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ⅛ liter of water
- chili powder
- Salt
- pepper
- herbs, Italian
- 2 tbsp sour cream (10% fat)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely dice the garlic and sauté it with the shrimp in the olive oil. Add the spices and herbs. Deglaze with a little water and simmer. Finally, stir in the cream and tomato paste and season again to taste. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly.
