Buffalo Mozzarella with Tomato and Plum Salsa

The perfect buffalo mozzarella with tomato and plum salsa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 size Beefsteak tomato fresh
  • 8 Plaumen
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lime, zest and juice
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Put the olive oil in a bowl and finely grate the garlic cloves. Finely chop the shallot and the chilli pepper and add them as well. Cut the tomatoes and plums into fine cubes and add them, mix and season with salt, pepper, lime zest and lime juice and leave to steep for about 30 minutes.
  2. For each person, tear up a buffalo mozzarella with your fingers (never cut the mozzarella) and place on a plate, add the salsa and then simply enjoy.
