Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Apples
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g Salmon ham
  • 100 g Chives

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes and cook covered, drain and rinse in cold water, allow to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  • Peel the onion, dice it finely, put the apple cider vinegar and vegetable broth in a saucepan and bring to the boil with the diced onion, pour over the potatoes while it is still hot,
  • Now add the olive oil and mix everything carefully --- let it steep for 30 minutes.
  • Wash the apples, core them and cut into fine wedges, cut the salmon ham into fine strips.
  • Now cut the chives into small rolls.
  • Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, carefully mix in the remaining ingredients, sprinkle with chives and serve the salad. ******************************ENJOY YOUR MEAL****************** *****************
