Ingredients
- 400 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Apples
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g Salmon ham
- 100 g Chives
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cook covered, drain and rinse in cold water, allow to cool, peel and cut into slices.
- Peel the onion, dice it finely, put the apple cider vinegar and vegetable broth in a saucepan and bring to the boil with the diced onion, pour over the potatoes while it is still hot,
- Now add the olive oil and mix everything carefully --- let it steep for 30 minutes.
- Wash the apples, core them and cut into fine wedges, cut the salmon ham into fine strips.
- Now cut the chives into small rolls.
