Apple and Potato Salad

The perfect apple and potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Apples
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g Salmon ham
  • 100 g Chives
  1. Wash the potatoes and cook covered, drain and rinse in cold water, allow to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Peel the onion, dice it finely, put the apple cider vinegar and vegetable broth in a saucepan and bring to the boil with the diced onion, pour over the potatoes while it is still hot,
  3. Now add the olive oil and mix everything carefully — let it steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Wash the apples, core them and cut into fine wedges, cut the salmon ham into fine strips.
  5. Now cut the chives into small rolls.
  6. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, carefully mix in the remaining ingredients, sprinkle with chives and serve the salad. ******************************ENJOY YOUR MEAL****************** *****************
