Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g butter or margarine
  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder

First things first: Use a cup with a capacity of 150 to 175 ml. For the base, knead all ingredients into a firm dough. Line a 26 cm springform pan with 3/4 of the dough and line the edges with the remaining dough 2 cm high. For the filling, mix all ingredients with a mixer and pour onto the base. Then place the cake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for 55 – 65 minutes. If you like, you can cover the cake with aluminum foil. This prevents the top from browning. After the cake is finished baking, let it cool before removing it from the springform pan. It will taste much more moist the next day.
