Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g vanilla sugar, homemade
- 3 tbsp Licor 43 liqueur
- 400 g Greek yogurt, 2% fat, drained
- 2 packs of Bourbon vanilla flavor
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with intense vanilla aroma
Mix the liqueur, flavoring, and yogurt with the vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Freeze in the ice cream maker for about 45 minutes, then let it set in the freezer if necessary.
