Strawberry soft ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries, frozen
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 3 m.-large egg whites

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Using a hand mixer fitted with a chopper attachment, pulse the sugar and vanilla sugar until pulverized. Add the strawberries and pulse using a hand mixer fitted with a blender attachment. Add the egg whites and mix on high in a food processor until creamy. The mixture will double in volume as it is whipped. The ice cream is ready to eat. It won’t be quite as fluffy if you put it in the freezer.
