Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g oat bran
- 50 g wheat bran
- 500 g quark
- 5 eggs
- 5 tbsp flax seeds, whole
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the whisk attachment and mix first on speed 3 and then briefly on speed 4 until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F). The bread should be refrigerated. Toasted, it’s delicious and incredibly filling.
