Poultry Skewers
The perfect poultry skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Turkey schnitzel
- 250 g Chicken breast
- 250 g Soy sauce (light)
- 2 piece Shallots
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 4 piece Wooden skewers
- Place wooden skewers in water so that the meat dissolves more easily after grilling. Cut the poultry meat into cubes and marinate in a bowl with the soy sauce for at least 25 minutes.
- Quarter the carrots and zucchini. Drain the meat. Alternately stick all ingredients on the wooden skewers. Preheat the grill to indirect heat and grill the skewers depending on the size of the meat.
