Steamed Potato Salad

The perfect steamed potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Potato
  • 2 Pc. Green peppers
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups Yogurt Salad Cream
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash peppers, cherry tomatoes and rocket and let dry. Core the peppers and cut into strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes and pluck the rocket. Season the yoghurt cream with a little milk, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Fill a saucepan with a maximum of one third of water and bring to the boil with the lid closed. Put the peeled potatoes in a steamer and hang in the pot. Close the lid.
  3. Let the potatoes cook for 20 minutes, if necessary increase the cooking time by 10 minutes. Let the finished potatoes cool and cut into slices. Mix the potato slices with the cream of the lettuce.
