  • Pepper
  • Wooden skewers

Bed of lettuce

  • Leaf salads
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Radish

dressing

  • 2 a cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Chives fresh

Herb butter

  • 500 g Butter
  • Herbal mixture Italian
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Sharp frieze:

  • 1 piece Baguette

Instructions
 

Poultry skewers in a bed of lettuce with "sharp friesian"

  • Wash salads and vegetables thoroughly. Then cut everything and arrange on the plate.
  • Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces and skewer them. Then season with salt and pepper and fry.
  • Now the dressing is poured over the salad in small dots and served with the skewer while it is still warm.
  • The spicy frieze (purchased wheat baguette) is served with the herb butter.
