Tomato – zucchini – olive sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 125 g tomato puree
  • 20 g olives, black
  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick sauce for pasta

Clean the zucchini, halve it, and slice it. Peel the onion and dice it. Sauté both in olive oil, add the tomato puree, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Finely chop the olives. Add them to the tomato sauce along with the basil.
