Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 stalk(s) asparagus, white
- 10 g butter
- 2 tbsp cheese (e.g. Edam), grated
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the asparagus and wrap it in aluminum foil with all the other ingredients. Grill for 15-20 minutes. The asparagus cooks in its own juices and, thanks to the grated cheese, doesn’t need any extra sauce. It’s perfect as a side dish with meat, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
