Whole Food: Over-night Oats with Yoghurt Fresh Fruits

The perfect whole food: over-night oats with yoghurt fresh fruits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Almonds whole
  • 1 tablespoon Indian flea seeds
  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 200 g Yogurt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 2 handful Berries e.g. Strawberries, raspberries, currants
  1. Grind almonds with oat flakes and psyllium in a blender.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with milk and stir in the ground almonds / oat flakes / psyllium. Let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Sweeten with honey – alternatively maple syrup or agave syrup. If it is too firm, stir in a little more milk.
  4. Now layer layers of this mixture and fresh berries in a glass. Garnish with a berry and a mint leaf.
