- 50 g Almonds whole
- 1 tablespoon Indian flea seeds
- 100 g Oatmeal
- 200 g Yogurt
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 2 handful Berries e.g. Strawberries, raspberries, currants
- Grind almonds with oat flakes and psyllium in a blender.
- Mix the yoghurt with milk and stir in the ground almonds / oat flakes / psyllium. Let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.
- Sweeten with honey – alternatively maple syrup or agave syrup. If it is too firm, stir in a little more milk.
- Now layer layers of this mixture and fresh berries in a glass. Garnish with a berry and a mint leaf.
