Crispy Cake with Corn Flakes and Fresh Fruits

The perfect mazu12 crispy cake with corn flakes and fresh fruits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g White couverture
  • 200 g Cornflakes, with dried fruits
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1,5 packet Cream festival
  • 500 g Fresh fruits
  1. Line the bottom of the springform pan (26 cm) with parchment paper without creasing.
  2. Melt the white couverture over steam.
  3. Put the cornflakes in a bowl and pour the melted couverture over it. Then mix well and press lightly.
  4. Chill for 10 minutes.
  5. The cream is now whipped until stiff.
  6. Spread 6,400-450 g of fruit on the base and spread the whipped cream evenly on top.
  7. Spread the rest of the fresh fruit on the cream.
  8. Now in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  9. Carefully take the cake out of the springform pan (an alternative for the baking pan is a sturdy cake ring).
