Crispy Cake with Corn Flakes and Fresh Fruits

- 300 g White couverture
- 200 g Cornflakes, with dried fruits
- 300 ml Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1,5 packet Cream festival
- 500 g Fresh fruits
- Line the bottom of the springform pan (26 cm) with parchment paper without creasing.
- Melt the white couverture over steam.
- Put the cornflakes in a bowl and pour the melted couverture over it. Then mix well and press lightly.
- Chill for 10 minutes.
- The cream is now whipped until stiff.
- Spread 6,400-450 g of fruit on the base and spread the whipped cream evenly on top.
- Spread the rest of the fresh fruit on the cream.
- Now in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Carefully take the cake out of the springform pan (an alternative for the baking pan is a sturdy cake ring).
