The best chocolate cake in the world

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 225 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa content)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 130 g butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • possibly grease for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whisk the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and eggs in a hot water bath until frothy. Melt 100g of chocolate, cocoa powder, and 100g of butter together. Add the mixture to the egg mixture and mix. Pour the batter into a 20cm springform pan lined with baking paper or well greased. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then turn out. Heat the remaining chocolate with the remaining butter and milk. Let cool slightly and spread over the cake.
