Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 can tuna in its own juice (190 g)
- 3 tbsp, heaped capers
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 2 dashes fish sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes of Tabasco
- 1 tsp lion mustard (extra hot) extra
- ½ tsp raw cane sugar
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Finely chop two tablespoons of capers and the cucumber. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Tip: Serve with cold meat or on warm toast.
