Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cup rice
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Pepper
- 1 mozzarella
- some paprika powder
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegetarian, simple, low histamine, suitable for camping
Cook the rice in twice the amount of water. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables. When the rice is done, set it aside and fry the vegetables in oil. When the vegetables are tender, add the rice. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the chopped mozzarella.
